  • How do I protect my Operators Licence?

  • How do I know when my vehicle is due a safety Inspection?

    We keep records of all your vehicles due dates including Inspection, Mot and Tachograph and will send you a regular reminder so that you can plan ahead and book your vehicle in to suit you.

  • How do I find out my OCRS score?

    To register, you’ll need to apply to use VOSA’s online service by following the link below; you’ll need to have your operator licence number to hand. Alternatively you
    can telephone VOSA on 0300 123 9000.

  • What happens if I have a VOSA Maintenance Inspection?

    We keep a back up copy of all your vehicles inspection and repair sheets here so that you can rely on always having a full record of your vehicles maintenance history.

  • What Qualifications/Training do your Technicians hold?

    All our Technicians are City & Guild qualified in HGV maintenance & repair; in addition they attend additional training in specific areas such as engine diagnostics
    and VOSA inspection procedures.

  • What happens if I have a breakdown?

    We provide full breakdown cover 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. We will attend with our own mobile unit to provide roadside assistance within a 30 mile radius or
    alternatively we will appoint a local repairer and manage the breakdown on your behalf.

  • How do I manage vehicle defects?

    The Driver of the vehicle should make a note of any defects on carrying out his daily checks and report these to you; we can then determine if these defects affect
    road worthiness, in which case they will need to be rectified immediately or if they are safe to wait until the next scheduled maintenance visit.

  • How can I manage my vehicle maintenance costs?

    The simplest way to control your maintenance spend is to set a limit on the cost of any repairs; we will then contact you with a price of the repair to obtain your
    authority to proceed. We can also provide you with a monthly cost breakdown analysis to help you identify costs and problem vehicles.
